Highly recommend Old Mates Fitness Co.I’ve been attending sessions with David for about 7 months now and have never been physically (or mentally) stronger.Fantastic, customised training regimes that are also a lot of fun. David is very passionate and knowledgeable in regards to helping people achieve their personal fitness goals.Great line of tasty protein supplements too!

Having trained with David for 8 weeks, I am impressed with his knowledge, attitude, ability & attention to form. I’ve come ahead in leaps & bounds & have started honing in on old weaknesses & bad habits.I couldn’t be happier be happier with my sessions.I’ve also started using Old Mate’s plant protein (I’ve used some pretty terrible tasting ones in the past), very happy to give my recommendation, the chocolate flavour is great. Two thumbs up.
