I recently had a disappointing experience at TWC 2762 Schoefield NSW. I purchased Nexium 24H 20 mg Tablets 14 and was charged $16.99, despite the catalog listing them at $9.99. When I brought this to the staff member's attention, I was told that they don't use catalogs and don't follow national campaigns. This is false and misleading advertising, and when I made a claim for a refund or explanation, it was completely rejected. I have never experienced such poor service, and the staff member seemed indifferent to my concerns.

Went in to buy some lotions that said it was half price and had a yellow tag. When I went to pay the worker told me it’s not half price yet, there’s a yellow tag on already bc there’s too many so she wanted to put them on now? I proceeded to tell her that this is false advertisement and illegal. No matter how many tags there are you should do it on the day it comes out and not get someone’s hopes up! especially since this IS illegal!! I can not stress this enough, just because you are lazy does not mean it’s okay to get away with false advertisement.
