Gaggenau

Can't believe such HI-END brand would dead within 1 year use. We are using the gas cooktop everyday, and been told (after approx 40mins phone call wait) need to wait for the part (lucky they have the stock in Australia,otherwise can't image how long need to wait for???) for a 1 week to replace that. Basicly they just say sorry and walk away :-)I would 100% not recommend this brand to anyone who wish to have less hassle

Brilliant appliances, with a brilliant inhouse sales and follow up. Would not hesitate to recommend Gaggenau to ANYONE

Great product, great service

I attended a Steam Combo oven post purchase and Michelle was excellent great knowledge and very informative. I would love her job however she is so good she won’t be leaving

Fantastic product and fantastic service. Our oven, cooktop, deep fryer and exhaust have been used very heavily and worked faultlessly for ne arly 20 years and Gaggenau still support them, even sending out an oven globe for us recently. Highly recommended and worth the price.

We have been told today that our 2008 manufactured 2009 installed wall oven is now unserviceable because they no longer stock the replacement mother board for the controller. This is environmentally irresponsible in my view and very poor customer service. Every appliance in our kitchen is Gaggenau and they cannot be bothered to manufacture replacement mother board for a controller which is smaller than the palm of one’s hand. Happy to sell me a new oven of course. Very poor.

Steer clear of Gaggenau.We recently renovated our house and purchased a host of Gaggenau appliances because they were supposedly “top of the line”. Our $10k steam oven was faulty on arrival. After two visits from Gaggenau technicians the issue was still not resolved so I requested a replacement which we finally received after over a month of very challenging interactions with Gaggenau. Now our replacement oven is non-functioning as well! We have never had so many problems with other much less pricey brands so I am seriously questioning how Gaggenau gained its reputation as a premium brand. Furthermore, the technician who installed the second steam oven badly scratched our also brand-new gaggenau warming tray that sits beneath and despite informing Gaggenau that this has happened, we have received no response. If there is anyway we can return all our appliances for a refund I would do so in a heart beat as both the appliances and service have been extremely disappointing.

A supposed luxury brand that is only interested in selling you the product and then forgetting about you. Engaging contractors that when finally arrives, tries to rectify the problem and then leave your appliance in a worse condition than they found it, but will make a report stating that everything is fixed and in working order.Reported this back to Gaggenau and they didn't seem to care. Kept insisting that the contracted company is the best. Gaggenau will side with their contractor and not believe their customer, even after sending them photographic evidence of the worsened conditions and the damage that was inflicted.
