Very satisfied with Greg and the team's handling of my computer issues - the fault was diagnosed within 24 hours, and Greg contacted me straight away to let me know what it was. Had my PC back later that day. Great quality (and very affordable) service! Thank you so much, I will definitely be back next time I have any computer issue. I would recommend Bitronics highly to anyone who needs help with PC issues.

After the disaster that was PC Medic (see review there) I took my laptop to Greg at Bitronics. He knew immediately what the problem was and how much it would cost to fix. He estimated it would take 3 days to fix (PC Medic took 5 days just to do the quote) and had it done one day earlier than expected. He also quoted much less money than PC Medic and did far more work than they were going to do. He was friendly, competent and knew exactly what he was doing. Will be going back here if I need PC service again.

Honest team who values customer service. Recommended!I requested a pc rebuild into smaller case and was quoted $100 for labor and the cost for a smaller case, they listened to requirements and found a cheaper solution using the existing case and just doing a modification for $45. Would’ve been happy to pay more for diagnosis and refit but they insisted. Thanks guys.

I needed to see if my computer was recoverable after a power surge. Unfortunately it was completely dead, BUT I purchased a reconditioned laptop which is amazing and great value. The service and communication was exceptional and I highly recommend Biotronics. Couldn't be happier and all my data was recovered and on the new laptop in super quick time. A totally non-stressful experience, and no hidden charges.

Great customer service great price and fast turn around. PC wouldn’t connect to any screens and the team got it sorted and called me the next day to collect it. My pregnant wife came in to collect and the staff helped carry my PC to the car. Very happy
