Quick to get the bike out the door, no follow up on anything. Couldn't even send the owners manual. Its been 4 months and it's a 2014 bike.

Great customer service and the salesmen don't swarm you they let you have a look and make you feel comfortable to just look around the bikes. The parts staff are very helpful and the service staff are kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
