Products arrive opened, seal broken. They never message or try and sort out the issue. Never an issue with other warehouses. QUALITY HAS DROPPED IN THIS WAREHOUSE, HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT ORDERING HERE!

Throughout my life, I have not experienced such a fast, reliable and well organised service. Including efficient customer service and professionalism; this company possess an endless number of qualities to make their every client happy. One of the best thing i was assisted with, was the delivery procedure. I was notified at every milestone. This not only made me feel secured about my purchases, but also kept me at ease and free from any worry. Also, they sent me some free samples to try out. I found them extremely helpful as there were some products i was looking for from a long time. Overall the experience was undoubtedly perfect and for me it is the best option available amidst all vendors of this kind.

Received a damaged product online and decided to throw it out due to contamination. Refused to refund or replace the product due to restrictive online return policy. Customer service was poor as they didn't return my phone calls and failed to communicate appropriately via email.

Unprofessional Unhelpful and rudeMy very first order through these guys and to be very honest i have not deal with such seller. First they lost my product and upon inquiry not one is giving me update. I have to called 8-9 times in a row to get update on my product. There is no senior manager who is willing to speak with me regarding my concern. While dealing with them I feel my self ashamed why I selected this warehouse for myself. II will never come to them again, they are not knowledgeable and very pathetic. Placed my order 10 days before still not received.
