Shell

Same as most other Shell service stations, however as it’s one of the last service stations before you hit the freeway prices tend to be higher than in other areas of Sydney. Due to the small size of the site it can be difficult to manoeuvre when there’s more than a couple of cars there.

I am sick of getting petrol at the shell Berowra and getting chased and stared at after I have paid using their own app called “shell card go”. This app allows me to pay at the pump by putting in the pump number at the correct location and completing my transaction through that platform. However every time I do this the staff are completely unaware of this service and think I am not paying for petrol which I I actually am. Please train your staff on the services your company is providing to customers as I am sick of explaining myself to the staff when they should know what it is. If this keeps happening I will continue to make complaints until this gets resolved.
