This would have to be the most inefficient pathology clinic I have visited. Only one person on duty with a line up of patients. Been waiting over an hour.

Customer service from the receptionists at this medical centre is appalling. I have communicated with 2 - 3 of these receptionists both over the phone and face to face. All of them are always in a rush to finish the conversation as soon as possible before you can get all the information you are looking for. What happened to good old fashioned customer service?

Best pain free blood test ever, i bruise easily but not this time it was amazing. I have bloods done all the time so i have had my share of needle pain. I've never had a blood test so pain free ever.

Super quick and easily accessible. hardly any wait at all. Staff were friendly, personable and I’m still waiting on the “slight pinch” that’s supposed to accompany the needle. 10/10
