Inept, Indifferent and Greedy.As a property solicitor I elected to have an 'Accredited Family Law Specialist' finalise my Consent Orders. There is absolutely nothing 'Special' about this firm.My ex partner and I had already brokered and drafted the Application for Consent along with the Minutes of Consent and needed a Family Law Specialist to ensure the Super component was spot on and the process followed correctly. After making the initial contact with the Super provider this firm elected to Invoice me an amount actually above the agreed amount quoted to 'Complete the Matter' and we had just begun...? This Invoice, amoungst other fictions, actually included fees for drafting documents which I had drafted and provided myself..?There were then a number unexplainable delays in progressing the matter requiring file handlers to be constantly prodded into action as well as continual errors in the documentation despite emails clearly listing amendments to be made prior to their delivery. This firm displayed such an absolute lack of Due Care and Attention to my matter (which coincidently they also attempted to charge for) that I elected to remove my file and complete the matter myself. Their performance was more akin to that of clumsy law students as opposed to Accredited Family Law Specialists. Can not recommend. Go elsewhere.
