Mark Brittain took over my rental listing from another agent who could not even get one inspection. With a slowing down of executive rental market, but mark’s persistence and hard work achieved a great result! He was a great communicator through out the whole process.

Rebecca did an amazing job, going above and beyond to guide us through renovations that would give us the greatest increase in sale price. We appreciated her experience and expertise in market trends, including helping us choose styles to get the best value for our money. She then oversaw the work once we moved interstate; her communication was excellent including many photos and we were never left wondering how the renovations proceeded.Rebecca worked hard to get us a sale above list price after two days on the market. A fantastic result! Highly recommended.

Bees Nees have provided my property management for eight years. All of the services they have provided from sales, property management and insurance claims have been dealt with in a timely and professional manner and have produced excellent results. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

I withdrew my application before moving in, and yet they've been hassling me for almost a week to try and make me pay rent for a place I never paid bond, lived in or moved in to. Avoid at all costs, never had such a horribly negative experience with a real estate agency.

Big shout out to the team at Bees Nees. Over the last 5 years they have provided property management services for my city apartment and I have never had an issue with their service or tenants, and would highly recommend.I decided to sell the city apartment and Brady Hope from the Bees Nees sales team guided me through the process and managed to sell my property quickly and for good price. If the owner of this realty knew and agreed in what the unprofessional agent did to me, they should close the doors immediately. They tried to charge me almost 20k in compensation at QCAT after I left the rented unit that I lived for 3,5 years. I assumed few things that I left behind to be fixed as I had personal/professional issues during the covid. After returning the keys I tried to contact and solve it, but never had an answer from the agent. When I called the agency, they never get her to answer the phone.I was sent the costs of the issues to be fixed only 2 months after leaving the unit and 15 minutes before the RTA mediation starts.On phone mediation with RTA the bees nees agent asked me for a certain amount (my total bond) and strat to overtaking me. Then she decided to terminate the communicationcalling me agressive. She decided to take me to QCAT. Reading the reviews here, now I understand why.At QCAT this agent asked for the amount 15x higher than the original cost that she asked at RTA phone mediation.I have to suffer for a few months until we hear the magistrate decision: I was not guilt of anything they told. Bees Nees also had to return half of my bond.Living in this country for almost20 years I never had such bad experience from an unprofessional person called “agent” who tried to charge me 400 dollars to dump a fridge that belonged to the unit’s owner and sent me an email 3h before the court hearing adding extra 4k on compensations for damages made by me.The number of bizarre things asked on their application made me feel scared and think in what type of world is this agent living. This agent in question should never be working again in this or any business.What I suffered for 15 months after leaving Bees Nees Realty, trust me, I do not wish to anyoneI feel sorry for owners who trust their properties to this agent (the company as well if they agree with her procedures).What should I say to the potential tenants?Well…read my story and be careful with dirty tactic of blocking and avoiding to friendly solve the situation, avoiding to solve the same situation at RTA, but managing to deliberately move unsolved disputes to QCAT, where the claims limit is $25,000.I never wrote a review, I never had any problems with any real estate in 20 years.This agent should not been working at all!

To say this agency is incompetent would be an understatement. By far the worst I have ever dealt with. Staff turnover seems to be an issue here, with nil communication to tenants advising of a change to property manager contact details. Maintenance issues are not dealt with efficiently and they have been in breach of the lease agreement on several occasions and are seemingly oblivious to this and their obligations under the law. Just diabolical. Avoid at all costs. Would give zero stars if Google allowed it.
