Has something new every time I come here, and beats the competition by far. The staff are always extremely helpful and friendly.

Love the reject shop. I found the hair stuff i had been looking for that had been taken off shelf in the supermarkets at the reject shop. Always got good odds and ends and some beautiful decor. Great place to go for pet toys and blankets. Always a good spot to stop in for the beginning of winter

If you are looking for a place that will show you absolutely no respect at all and treats their customers like dirt the moment there is a slight issue look no further.I had a return not barely 2 weeks outside of their prescribed 28 day return period and after I had calmly and politely explained this to their so called manager (I wouldn't let her manage a kids toy collection let alone a store but anyways, sorry I digress..) that I wasn't able to make it within the 28 days due to the lockdowns/restrictions that had been imposed upon us here in Victoria which you would think would be taken into account but absolutely not.Instead this apparent manager acts like a teenager having tantrum, giving me the evil eye, greasing me off and trying to be rude as possible tells me in no uncertain terms, too bad, so sad..Wake up to yourself Reject Shop, amend your terms when there is a global pandemic going on or tell your managers to use some common sense.You hire kids just out of high school as managers and wonder why a situation escalates to a point that there is absolutely no need for it to at all.. Next time it could be someone that might jump the counter and assault on of the the staff, all of which could have been prevented with respect and manners. Pay peanuts and you get monkeys.. Understand..Anyways, bravo Krit! One star...

Wow! It's like the TARDIS this place! Much bigger than you expect. The range of products is superb and prices brilliant. Give it a try you won't be disappointed. Also sells rolo's and yorkies so love it

Always love going to the Reject Shop.. Such a good variety of stuff at generally good prices

Large range and nice staff. The shop is well managed and the staff are enthusiastic and quiet friendly. It's good just to pop your head in from time to time even if you don't need anything explicitly as the stock does change and you could easily miss an otherwise hidden treasure.

A few times when I have shoped here I am shocked when the register peson tries to upsell by asking'would you like any biscuits today' or 'would you like some sort of chocolate today' referring to some brand they have stacked up at the register,feel sorry for the register person but I resent the desperate attempt to add on to the sale,,,,,,not good,,,,,,,,so for this ,only one star

Easy to access, great range of stuff, always buy my toiletries here cause they have brand name at cost prices. They have great cheap kitchen stuff too for those starting out, like a full cutlery set plus plastic tray for $12 and there's like 8 of each type of cutlery, not super great quality, but still if you're wanting to set up for camping or your first house, it'll get you bye. Well worth a visit
