Goodstart Early Learning North Ryde

All I can say is that, I am at peace everytime I left my son at this centre. Mainly because I am confident with the educators who will be looking after my son. My daughter was in the toddler room, I moved her to Goodstart because I was unhappy with so many things at our previous daycare. This is a long-running and loved center where management (Sandra), accounts (Wei), childcare educators (Mariela, Kristy and Shruthi) are all so kind, professional and always put in so much effort to you and your child's needs. My child was always happy, she told me she liked the food better at this daycare and the learning and fun they have here, I always noticed is very creative - for Mother's Day I got a coffee cup that my daughter drew on with her favourite colours and it's something I will cherish forever. The childcare staff always gave me in-depth feedback about my child's day at every pick up and they always were so accepting of and followed all my instructions for my daughter. This center exceeded my expectations. You will be happy from all aspects if you send your child here.

Wonderful staff (which is THE most important thing), great menu, convenient location, useful opening hours for those of us working long hours and full time. I was very lucky to get in to this centre at the time. The staff turnover is the only area of concern, as also mentioned by others. However, our last two Directors have been because they have gone to other Goodstart centres that need them that are closer to their homes so that does make sense. There are a number of amazing staff who have been there since we started when my daughter was 6 months and she is now almost 4 yrs.It is nice to be part of a not for profit community, and I have had a much better experience than many of my other working mummy friends using other centres.

Both my children attended the centre. The environment and the educators are very warm. They make the children feel loved which was the most important for me as I leave them in their care for most part of the day. There have been quite a few changes in staff in the recent years, which is probably the only thing I get concerned about.

We love this center. My daughter has been there for two years and everyday she comes home and surprises us with what she has learnt. Since moving to the pre school room this year (she is 3) she has learnt to read numbers, spell her name out loud and she's learning to write her name! The staff are so caring, it makes leaving my most precious little person much easier when I know she is in such capable and caring hands.

As we have a growing family and have travelled extensively, this has meant that we have used the services of a number of childcare centres both in the Goodstart group and also. In others. I can say without hesitation that the team at Goodstart centres and particularly the team here at North Ryde (especially Miss Kayla) are the best we have encountered across Australia. Jessica comes home every day tired but happy and cant wait to get back there the next day. That's really what it's all about - isn't it?

Despite their affiliations for non for profit and aim to empower women to work/study, my recent experience with an incident would suggest that they are a business first. That is they are happy to be paid but if they are negligent in anyway to meet their duty of care to your child, they will not accomodate in fixing their errors. The incident that occurred was serious enough to warrant reports and investigations by numerous departments. If you insist on sending your child here, make sure you drop in at regular intervals to ensure your child is safe and is being treated well.

Great experience and wonderful teachers in Goodstart! My son is new to AU, I am so lucky to put him into such a nice preschool that he was well taken care of. The teachers are experienced and very patient, they have well designed activities for kids to learn through play. My son likes to go to the preschool and made friends here. I highly recommend Goodstart to other parents!

The team at Goodstart Early Learning Centre North Ryde are absolutely amazing!The staff is extremely friendly and approachable. They were very helpful and supportive with ensuring my child was settled into the centre properly.I have no hesitation in recommending Goodstart Early Learning Centre North Ryde to any parent!
