Lantern Lane
Kobe Dining (used to be Don Doko) is one of, if not my favourite places to eat. Some of he best Asian food in cairns at an unbeatable price, its a must if you like Japanese cuisine. Can't say for the other restaurants in there I have yet to try them out, but I hear they're on par.P.s - try the crunchy chicken with soft egg, has been me and my mates go to for years and never fails to please.

Located in Stockland Earlville, they have decorated a section of the food court to look like an Asian laneway. Inside are a range of restaurants including Vitnamese, Chinese, Japanese and Korean. Asian music is a nice touch as are the wall murals and lanterns hanging above. A great idea to give Stockland a point of difference. Only downside is the limited seating area and the closeness of the seats to each other.

Absolutely delicious! We had ramen, fresh tuna, fresh salmon, karaage, gyoza, bubble pearl and Vietnamese iced coffee. All were amazing and each stall had very friendly staff. Very affordable. Definitely recommend for tourists and locals.

The attention to detail with the asthetics and ambience are outstanding. A great place to visit night or day, family friendly with an excellent range of affordable Asian cuisine. Happy days ❤️

Stay away from the chicken pho at Thahn Thahn. The chicken was dry, the noodles came in a zip lock bag they were hot and soggy. The soup itself was almost black in colour and tasted terrible. I only had a few spoonfuls and threw it in the bin and went and got KFC. Waste of money.

Love it. Love the atmosphere. Love the food. Love the service. It does feel like you get transported from a shopping centre to a side food street in japan.
