Elisa is fantastic. We had a particularly difficult settlement as the seller's side needed to fix some things up on our contract before we could continue with the bank. Elisa was consistently on top of our cooling off period dead lines and extended every time before it expired contacting us and making sure we were always ahead of it.When the bank finally did grant us unconditional approval we only had 1 week until settlement which I was very worried about, I had never heard of only 1 week to settle from unconditional approval being granted but she wasn't worried and we settled on time with no hassles.Will definitely use Elisa for my future sells and buys. Highly recommend, she knows her stuff, is experienced and gets it done
