I have bought several items now over the course of 4 different orders. Each time the communication has been above and beyond what I would consider excellent. The products have all been brilliant, hence the continued purchasing of more. My darwin grip went missing in the post with couriers please. Couriers please royally stuffed up and never delivered my product.Vicki from Catch pro sent me out another Darwin grip even though they didnt have to.Good service goes a long way and I would not hstitate to give catch pro 5 stars for sorting the issue out.Thanks catch pro.
