Today’s staff in the morning around 10:0am really need a good training of customer service, how to behave and talk with customers, he was very rude and abusive. How is still at work with his behaviour I don’t know.

I don't like to tap. Apparently there is no choice here. Went to insert and was given my receipt before card was entered. Was just that easy for me...And I guess for any one else too if they steal my card. Attendant was also unhelpful and unfriendly.

I went there to fill up petrol and grab some stuff for the house since it’s 9pm and I wasn’t bothered going to the Woolworths grocery, the guy was very rude I stood at the door for 2minutes waiting then he goes to the register and I was thinking his gonna open the door he then waved me to window were he straight away pulled out the eftpos machine and I then asked if I can grab a few items he ignored me so I just paid for my petrol and left as I would never support a business we’re customers are ignored , wish I didn’t fill a full tank there!

This morning saw the petrol shop attendant come out to assist a lady in an electric mobility scooter put air in its tyres. She obviously wasn’t buying fuel, she wasn’t in a car. Kudos.

It's great when they regulate petrol prices but can sometimes be a bit pricey. Closes early so a little annoying as it's the main service station in the area.

Pros: Convenient location, competitive prices, clean and safe. Next to Stockland shopping centre.Cons: Avoid peak times as it will be difficult to get into the station, and the lines will be long with quite a wait time.
