Most of the floor staff is very lazy, never ready to help, take so much efforts to find excuses not to work. There are only few staff who you can count on and when they are on shifts port is going smoothly.

A work place where the trucks have to wait for an hour to get into the terminal because of poor loading and unloading. Feel sorry for the truck companies and management well done keep up with the good work .
