We had an almost 2 year tenacy with Luxe. We dealt with Jamie throughout and cannot speak highly enough of her and the team. All issues we had were dealt with in a timely manner that same week and it was always easy to get in touch with Jamie. If you want a professional , high quality agent looking after your property Jamie and the team are fantastic. I would highly recommend Luxe to any tenants or landlord.

S T A Y A W A YThis is the most unprofessional property agency and the worst overall small business I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.The owner, Sabina Aldouby, has absolutely no morals, or people skills. She has zero regard for the agency’s tenants and is prepared to lie to her clients as long as her agency remains profitable.I was a tenant during Covid-19 at an Elsternwick property of theirs that they no longer manage as they got dumped by the owner after the countless issues they caused.They treated me with the utmost disrespect when I was in despair, due to Covid. I took them to CAV and I won against them — I was asking for a 20% rent reduction, yet, I got 25% reduction plus a further differed payment. This showed that they didn’t care about me, as a tenant, and about their client, as an owner — they solely defended their own interests (unsuccessfully).Then, when the time came for me to vacate the property and remove myself from the toxic environment they had created, they breached the order by CAV and blackmailed me for money I didn’t owe them at the time. Long story short, even though it took 2.5 years, I won that as well and all they got was the Bond, instead of the entire deferred amount, which I did owe to the owner and was always happy to pay. As the owner and Luxe were no longer working together, Luxe didn’t even bother defending their ex-client’s best interest and chose to forego money, which was owed to the owner. What a joke!I’ve seen how Sabina Aldouby has responded to other negative comments on here — please, disregard the lies that come out of her! She is untrustworthy and unprofessional.I’d avoid Luxe Property at all cost, both as an owner and as a tenant!

I have Rented off Luxe for over 2 years and have had a fantastic experience with them. I would go so much to say my best experience in all the years renting. Jamie Di Giorgio was my property manager and I have to say she was fabulous right from my inspection until I moved out 2+ years later. she was extremely helpful and always available if required to take calls and a thorough professional. I would most definitely recommend Jamie Di Giorgio & Luxe to anyone. Thanks Jaime its been a pleasure.

I would give zero stars if I could. This rental provider is the worst I have ever dealt with. They are a scam and a rip-off. They charged me a huge amount of money at end of lease. They ignored my requests for keeping up with minimum standards and just made excuses. The agent(Nirvana) is rude, dishonest and unprofessional. Do not rent from them unless you want to waste your money and time. If you do, make sure to do VERY detailed inspection and take photos of EVERYTHING. You have been warned.

Sabina from Luxe is possibly the best property manager in all of Melbourne. As a tenant, I have had great experiences before, during and after my tenancy with Sabina and team. Probably the best property manager I ever leased from, which isn't always hard in comparison to some other agents, but Sabina and the team at Luxe set a standard well above other agencies. Responsive, fair and helpful.

Luxe Property is like no other Real Estate you will ever deal with. Sabina and Jamie who I worked with as a tenant are incredibly prompt, professional, and kind. The whole process of applying and securing a property with Luxe was beyond timely and their customer service is excellent. Sabina also replies to all communications and completes everything so quickly, I don't know how she finds the time! I highly recommend using their services for any of your property needs, you will be highly impressed!
