Dr Henry has been our family dentist for a few years now and we were always so happy with the service that he and his stuff are providing. Few mouths ago my daughter fell at school and she broke her front tooth. Not only that that was a front it was also a grown up tooth. Dr Henry went above and beyond to fix her tooth.He manage not only to squeeze her in his already busy schedule, but he also came on his day off to try to save the tooth.My daughter's tooth looks like nothing ever happen.Thank you Dr Henry for everything!!!!

We have been attending our dentist Dr Henry Ho for over 10 years. He has always been very caring and kind in dealing with our teeth problems. Most recently my wife's one tooth in the front broke off leaving her top plate very hard to ware and fit. Over the last month's my wife was diagnosed with lung cancer. Dr Ho went out of his way with organising her new top plate and treated her with kindness and understanding. We would highly recommend Dr Ho.

Today was my first visit to this dental surgery. I could not fault the staff or the dentist Henry. I was made to feel comfortable and had all my options explained to me before I decided what I would like to proceed with. At no time was I pressured to make a hasty decision and was even given the option to go away and think about it. I have no hesitation in recommending this surgery and will return to get my teeth attended to when necessary.

Very friendly staff, good service for a good price

I was recommended by a friend to see Dr. Ho many years ago, because he was so good. I have seen him regularly since then and was always happy with his work. He always gives me choices and is thorough in his repairs, preserving whatever he can and never suggesting unnecessary work to be done. He consults a publication of the Dental Association that regulates prices, and charges only what is suggested in that publication. I have great trust in him to do the right thing by me — and other patients. He is my five star dentist, I can trust, thank you, Dr. Ho!

My dentist was unavailable and I had a dental emergency I searched find a dentists and came up with Riverwood dental care. I called them and from the very first moment when I spoke to make an appointment the service was extremely professional. They gave me an appointment for the same day as it was urgent and I was extremely impressed with the treatment and service I received and I am-happy to recommend this practice.

I saw this place with a 5 star rating and it made me outraged!Two years ago I went in with a broken wisdom tooth and this was my first tooth issue.I was told to remove the tooth and I wanted the pain to go ASAP.He told me the cost was $1200 but he was going to give me a discount to $600 to remove the tooth.He seemed nice and Informative but something told me that $600 was a good discount but I Thought the price was too high being mostly labour.I walked out in shock and pain to find him chasing me after walking out of the dental surgery. He told me I didn't pay and I was so embarrassed and apologized straight away. He told me he was going to give me a free consultation at the beginning and only charge me for x rays. When I was about to pay the nice lady in reception, he walked into his next appointment saying to charge me a consultation fee as well.I told the receptionist lady that he promised me a free consultation and she told me that what the boss says goes basically.I went to another dentist at Beverly Hills and they told me that the tooth was infected and I needed antibiotics before surgery.Like magic, the tooth pain went away after a day of antibiotics and the new dentist removed the tooth for $280 and were genuine and nice.I wanted to give RDC a low review 2 years ago when they wanted to over charge me, neglect to tell me my tooth was infected and required antibiotics but they had my employers details and I feared that he would make out that I was a thief to my employer because of the form you fill out before the appointment. I paid in full and even payed the consultation fee as well but I warned that I would not use his services again for not being true to his word at the time of the not charging a consultation fee early on, let alone neglecting to mention my tooth was infected.Just to clarify why I would NOT go there and why after two years I write this review!1.Overcharging price for tooth removal and making out its heavily discounted2.Hit me with an extra charge and went back on his word3.Treated me like a criminal for an honest mistake that I was clearly taking responsibility for and apologetic4.Through incompetency and duty of care neglected to let me know that my tooth was infected that the next dentist picked up on the very next day5. having 4 genuine reasons to stay clear of this place with only 8 reviews and seeing this place with 5 stars compels me pre warn people.The experience was most unpleasant in my time of need but after 2 years, It makes my skin crawl.On a Leaving note, I wish people of the Riverwood community a happy new year the best for 2021 and many happy years to come.Kind Regards,Andrew
