Ok, so I have to pay $36 for membership to get a 20 percent discount on overpriced items, items that I can buy a lot cheaper elsewhere, no thank you very much.

Been going there since it started...but today got served by a unhelpful, condescending woman with a vile disposition and look, who needs to give it away, unfathomable how she could be allowed to do customer service...will walk out if I see her in there, if I go there again. Considering their prices thought they'd be working at the rest of the service.

I went into the chemist to put in a prescription which I’ve got many times before I was charged $25 where as every other chemist is $9 I did question it and she told me that I wouldn’t have gotten it for $9 anywhere else so I came home found my old packet and went back up to the chemist to show her only to be told that that is the price that they charge not to mention very short and rude . Do not shop here not impressed at all what else do they raise their prices on.

I went into the pharmacy planning to get a ventoline for my dad struggling with asthma and they charge $14.99 for it whilst all of the other pharmacy's around us sell them for $10, What a rip off. I wonder what the ACCC would think of this, absolutely disgusting. David H

What an absolute rip off, l purchased a prescription from this pharmacy which cost $41, and my regular pharmacy only charges me $28 l will never return to these crooks again

I was greeted by Lara as I walked into the shop. The staff were really friendly. Lara spent a significant amount of time with me to ensure I got the most of my membership at the pharmacy, she did this by looking up my previous purchases from over 6 months ago. The pharmacist was not pushy nor didn't rush Lara while she was assisting me. I highly recommend them. During the times of COVID it is great to see customer service still exists.

My mother is 100 years of age and uses the Burnt Bridge pharmacy for her medication. The care and attention given to her by the pharmacy staff is outstanding. I cannot speak highly enough of the work that they have done. I am very impressed and grateful.

The service is good but prices are way marked up. Their $40 annual membership brings the prices down to what you would normally pay at Chemist warehouse. I would visit only if I can't spend extra 5-10 mins driving to another pharmacy.
