I found this man to be rude and arrogant. I took in quality items which he was not interested in. I took them to the pawnbroker around the corner and they gave me over $200 for my goods. Going to this place was a total waste of time. He needs to do a course in Customer liaisons.

I had taken some items in to this shop they told me that they where not interested in the things i had so i picked up half my things took out to my car remind you that nobody else was in the store but the staff when i came back in to the store i realised that i was down these lights that screw on to your tyres of your car red in colour where gone when i asked this person about where the lights had gone he said he had no ideas about what i was talking about when we asked to see the security camera footage he refused to show me we then had a argument about this then i walked out the door and rang the police we had waited for nearly an hour for the police to show up i got sick of waiting for i had to take lunch to my children so i re-rang the police they told me i had to go to the police station and make a report a lot of work to do over $20 worth of light it is bad when a business does not want to buy your thigs but is willing to steal them from you things must be bad

Arrived at 4:50pm on a Monday and store was shut already all doors locked. Did not answer the phone when I stood outside and tried to call. Opening hours on the door and on the website say 9am-5pm weekdays. Not happy whatsoever. Should of just gone to cash converters clearly.

What more could you want from a pawn shop, they always offer a fair price when buying, selling or getting a loan.
