Ben & Jerry's Surfers Paradise
Was waiting to be served for a significant amount of time as 2 workers sat out the back chatting and eating ice-cream. There was a customer before me who did not get served for 10+ minutes, after they were served the worker disappeared around the corner again, leaving me to wait even longer! I walked out of the store after 15+ minutes of standing around - clearly in view of the two girls working. Absolutely horrible customer service.

The ice cream is always delicious, but the two girls who worked tonight were amazing. There was a line bending outside the door tonight and that never stopped. Despite being so busy, the girls were super lovely and helpful. They were doing an amazing job.

Was okay. Tried the Non-Dairy Choc Chip Cookie Dough ice cream which had a considerable amount of cookie dough, however not gonna lie, it was quite sweet. Interestingly, most other dairy flavours and gelato appeared melted and not so appetising. My dairy friends would not be impressed. Good for a special night out though.

Would’ve loved to have tried but every time we went they had either closed over an hour early or was in the middle of closing 2 hours before the time stated and had put a side of the ice creams away and was not approachable for us to ask if we could have the other flavours
