Lynn, Emily and all the girls are amazing at their work!Lynn does my eyebrows waxing and I wouldn’t go to anyone else ever again.They’re all amazing at their work and have been going to them the last two years and will never change from their salon ever. I recommend these lovely woman to everyone I know and people who comment on my nails and eyebrows. I’m always happy when I get waxing, pedicures and full set of shellac done/infillsWould 100% recommend

Pretty disappointed. Not what I asked for. When I said I wanted something else she said, no that will look ugly. I got in car and cried because they’re not what I wanted. I asked for ombré glitter. She said she would add glitter after. She added like one paint of glitter, I said I wanted more and she said no that won’t look good. I was then charged an extra $10 for the tiny amount of glitter nail polish she added. I ended up calling another salon and having to pay to get them to fix them as they were so far from what I wanted. There is also dried acrylic all over my nails.

Got acrylics put on at this place a day ago and two of my nails have already snapped off! They must not have glued the falsely on far enough. Initially the service was perfect, they did exactly what I asked for. Then I was told that it was $80 for a French tip which is absolutely ridiculous (My regular place charges $63 for nail design including a student discount). Tried to call but their number is not connected. Hoping to get them fixed at my regular place, thank you for wasting my money and further damaging my nails :)

This place has been a go to for years now and I’ve always had great pedicures and acrylics done here. One of the biggest additions to this place was upgrading to super comfortable pedicure chairs, as someone with a lot of pain this makes pedicures much easier. These ladies tonight were so friendly and even complimented my jewellery.

I have been going to QT Nails & Foot Spa for almost 9 years. The ladies are excellent. I've had Lyn as my nail technician for almost the entire time. Emily is also awesome when Lyn is unavailable. I've has acrylic nails and have never had a problem, unless I broke the nail myself.Tan. C

Went there with my friend today as I decided to shout us both a pedicure.Hence to say we will never go back there or recommend them..The service was rough and disgraceful, no customer service whatsoever.When I went to use my card to pay I was rudely told to go to atm to get the money out which we should've been told about when we first arrived.For $110 you would expect better service.

Such a horrible experience, I went with a few friends, I paid for all 4 of us (3 infills from other salons work, mine was a full set) I spent over $200 with this salon. My sister was charged an extra $5 for her set when receiving the exact same service as another friend I was with because her nails were “longer” even though we compared them and they were the exact same length. My nails haven’t even lasted a week and I barely do any rough work with my hands. I went in and asked for a refund or a voucher as I was incredibly unhappy with my service and I got laughed at and offered $10 off my next service. The last was extremely rude to me barely even offered to help me being an unsatisfied customer
