Pleasant experience all round from the quote I received 4 months ago until the installation last week. Once I was ready to go ahead with the quote it was all done within the 10 days as promised. Excellent value for money. Follow up after installation was also great as I felt like a valued customer. I will be using these guys again.

These guys came to give me a quote. I'd heard horror stories about pushy salespeople at other companies so was a bit worried.Michael was on time, friendly and not pushy at all. Great quality and the pricing was good, especially with the discount offered for 3 or more. I ended up going with another company (had to pick one!) but I'd definitely recommend Roller Smart.

With so many companies in the market it can become quite overwhelming. After doing my own research and asking two other people about their experiences the answer was clear, Roller Smart Shutters. Not only with regards to price, they had a great range of colors and did not become pushy. Both Chris and Mark were very punctual, polite and extremely tidy. Loretta in the office also deserves a mention always polite and eager to assist.Good OLD FASHIONED service WELL DONE Roller Smart Shutters.

Fantastic Service. Great communication with absolutely no pressure sales at all which goes a long way in my book. Pushy sales indicates desperation which you don't get here. Quick and very professional installation. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of buying shutters.
