The worst result for washing.Don’t bother sending your items in as you will have to pay twice for someone else to redo or DIY.I used their service once when I was time poor. 1st bag of washing was good. This time, all 3 bags were folded and returned unwashed.With dirt still visibly on the items. I am so dissatisfied and disappointed.
