Michelle was fantastic to deal with in the office, all queries we're answered. The guys who moved our stuff we're great, they had a few hassles because of all the wet weather making access difficult but they quickly sorted it & got our thing's on their way. The guy's that delivered all of it to us at our end were great too, putting everything where I wanted or looking out for thing's I asked for. All round very prompt, friendly & efficient. Thankyou for your service, will definitely be using you to move my Mum later in the year.

My thanks go to Michelle ,who was extremely helpful and sympathetic to my situation initially with this move and subsequently ,the delays that were incurred also.Some of which were unavoidable ; and some that just should not have happened ( but do from time to time ) .I do not think the problems were in any way attributable to this company .I think it was more likely that one of their local contractors did not keep Michelle in the loop regarding their schedulesOnce she was made aware of the hold up , Michelle did her very best to stay on top of this interstate pickup and delivery and followed through with me to receival . Fantastic service from start to finish. A stressfull time was handled by lovely ladies in the office, who kept in touch continually. Every time I had a query or concern they responded and put my mind at ease. My container full of belongings was delivered exactly as I requested, with no delays apart from my request once the container reached Perth, due to our being in self isolation for two weeks. The horror stories I had heard were obviously not about this company, the guys who loaded in Sydney were fantastic and the guys who unloaded in rural WA were also fantastic. I would highly recommend this company to every person who needs their goods delivered for a good price and on time. Thank you so much to everyone at National Moving, you are my heroes.

Very happy with the service, and good value. Would recommend for interstate removals. The guys were professional & courteous handling our furniture and belongings. Admin were also professional with quick replies to questions and getting things done . .Very impressed.Had the opportunity to use this company again to move back interstate ( Perth- Melbourne) again a great service in very difficult times ( Covid) and staff , drivers shortage . A few minor hiccups this time but wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Michelle in head office is a gem , very helpful and gets the job done.

I would recommend National Moving to anyone who is looking for reliability curtious and nothing was any trouble the rates were competitively priced, they were so helpful when my son and his family moved from NSW to QLD.from the office staff to the drivers who picked up and delivered the furniture we made numerous changes and it was no problem for the office staff to keep changing our updates.The driver's were friendly and work all the time getting the job done in a timely manner.

Michelle could not have been more helpful arranging our interstate delivery .We had to change the date 3 times due to Covid restrictions crossing the border to NSW . National Moving co offered excellent service and the driver delivered everything in a safe and timely manner . Thankyou for the care taken with our delicate products and for taking the stress out of it all .We rarely have such great service from freight companies and really appreciate it . National Moving were the most competitive company that I spoke to by far. Their service was prompt and efficient and it was easy to update my inventory right up until the day before the move. With all the negative press about shonky removalists, I was a bit nervous. But when I saw how professional and efficient the guys were, I knew I was in safe hands getting a household of furniture and bits and pieces to my daughter who had bought a house in Adelaide.
