Splendid Nails

Please don't waste your time here. Firstly they don't value a person's time. If you book an appointment they will still make you wait. They are extremely unprofessional. I did waxing and they burnt my skin. I'm still recovering from it. I also did sns there and the quality is really bad. It's not worth the time and money. Last time I went to do manicure and pedicure and this woman in the pic served me. She literally did my pedicure in 8 mins (no joke ). She was HORRIBLE. She acted like she was in a hurry and didn't even buff my nails. When I asked her to do so she started yelling at me in her native language. What sort of service is this? She cut my cuticle so harshly that it started bleeding. They don't have proper management and training to be even open to business. If you want to get beaten up by them only then go ahead and spend your hard worked money on them. I usually never give a negative review but this time they forced me with their behaviour and service.

Had an appointment booked and was asked to come in earlier, which I did. Then was made to wait for ages as they had so many walk ins. I got tips added and she cut them way shorter than I requested, she then cut my finger open with the buffer and put some vile of something she pulled out of her apron on the cut which stung so bad. Then as I paid I was charged $7 for using my card. I questioned if there was a price increase as my nails are usually around $35 but being charged almost $50 for sns is ridiculous. Never going here again.

Please was clean and price was not so expensive. Always think going to nail salon will cost a lot.

Went in for a spa pedicure after booking the previous day, and the service was exemplary. They did not rush, everything was so hygienic and professionally maintained, with very decent prices to boot. The biggest surprise was how such a nice salon was tucked away in small place like Thompson Parkway, and that they seat their customers in masseuse chairs which massage away as your feet are taken care of. Extremely happy with the end result, we will definitely be back :)

I went for SNS today and saw Amy. I was very pleased with the service. Will certainly go there again.

I had booked appointment 3 weeks in advance explaining exactly what I wanted I came in and they hadn't even looked at their appointment book luxury manicure and pedicure plus gel nails and they gave me a price. on the day they gave me color codes and asked what I want, I explained again what I wanted the one girl told me she don't do nail art on the day then the other lady came who had also taken my booking and tried to convince me on acrilic which I don't want and then she told me she had no powder. Well completely unacceptable since they had plenty of time to have some in stock and not waisting my time. Will never go back again! If I can give you guys a zero I would. I am flying oversees in the morning and they screwed me over.
