Stepz fitness Cashmere is a great gym! It has a really good atmosphere, with some of the best workers you'll ever meet. They are always up to have a great chat and are there to answer any of your questions. I enjoy going to stepz for my workouts as it has everything you need for you to reach your goals. I would recommend to anyone looking at joining the gym to give this one a go!

I got a year membership as a present. Never been to a gym before. Tried paying for a personal trainer. Definitely not for me, I don't like getting pushed too much, I can go home & the wife will do it for free. After the year was up & I didn't want to re sign up, I would walk past the workers at the shops, and they used to be friendly when I was a member but now they walk past and ignore me. Dosnt bother me in the slightest as it shows what sort of people they are. Bought a 3 grand water rower, do 60klms on it a week at home, spent another grand on some weights, & I can work out for free whenever I want to. Has paid off for me, you just gotta make yourself do it & not pike out.

Polite staff that are always up for a chat. Also, plenty of machines for a good workout. I have enjoyed the past 6 months I've been at this gym and would definitely recomend trying it out.

Fantastic gym, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Excellent range of equipment. 24 hour access and daily fitness classes caters for everyone. Well lit, good air-conditioning and clean. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

I'm in Cashmere for a couple of months,over from the UK, and Danny sorted me a temporary membership no problem. Gym is clean and tidy,and around midday isn't too busy. Really enjoy the visits. Good variety of equipment. Friendly folk.

I’ve been a member of stepz for many years and love the close, caring community atmosphere, not only from the staff, but the members alike. The help, support and advice from all of the trainers and Danny have been invaluable in helping me reach continued goals. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
