Fabulous food, the setting is beautiful, great for a romantic dinner. The view of the lake through the window is gorgeous. Ambience was lovely, candlelit tables, piano player. The staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful. Good menu, and the food was outstanding. If you like dessert, the poached pear filled with chocolate creme patisserie was out of this world. The creme brulee looked like a beautiful little beach. Pricing was good for the quality.

A very average experience at a beautiful location. High tea should be a special event and you should feel special when you are there. This didn't happen. Staff were nice but just nice, not outstanding. Very average coffee being slopped into cups was not a good start. 3 out of 4 serves managed to be sloshed into the saucer! Slightly warm champagne, obviously it had been pre-poured, was sad. Soggy sandwiches were disappointing. The food looked good but was not particularly tasty. The venue is beautiful but I doubt I would go back.

Held both my birthday dinner with friends and also mothers day lunch with family both at crusoes and their service is immaculate! 11/10 for everything! Both the food and service at Crusoes never fails to be anything but outstanding ☆☆☆☆☆

My wife and I dined here a couple of weeks ago for her Birthday. It was an amazing dining experience from entree to dessert, we loved every meal and the service, very memorable experience thank you.

What more can I say than WOW! The service was impeccable, the food was amazing and you cannot beat the view. From the moment we walked in the we were greeted with a smile and shown promptly to our table. We were given a sole time to settle in then we were informed of then specials and left for a little while to mule over the menu. When it Xmas time to order I had to sadly make a choice of what I wanted as all the food sounded really amazing! I ended up having Gypsy Smoked Ham and Smoked Cheddar Croquettes for Entree which were a fantastic way to start. I then had the 4 Hour Slow Cooled Beef Short Rib, the only way to explain how tender it was is to say the meat was like butter from start to finish, just amazing! And to end the night I had the Apple and Rhubarb Tart with Pistachio Ice Cream and Apple Gel and it was a great way to end the night. It is worth a visit to this restaurant when you get the opportunity! Thanks for a great night.

Good location, friendly staff and nice food. It has a great lake view. Salad was very fresh. Beef cooked tender. I really like the mushroom & potato came with the beef, delicious.

Absolutely amazing! I wish I could eat here every day! The service is so wonderful, the guy serving us was extremely attentive, funny and very friendly. I wish I could give more stars! The food was quick to come out and absolutely delicious. Definitely worth using the entertainment book gold card as it's pricey but definitely worth it! I will definitely be coming here again. Perfect place to spend our anniversary. Thanks so much on completing our night!

Amazing view, awesome waiter, fantastic food. I was quite surprised as wasn't expecting too much but was sooo pleasantly surprised.Highly recommend. We had the most amazing prawn risotto for entree and for mains, steak and a salmon dish. Can't remember the exact names but soooo amazing. Do yourself a favour and go!

Very nice food, beautiful in taste and presentation with excellent service. Lovely gesture with our desserts was a surprise of a complimentary decorated plate saying Happy Anniversary "with tasty goodies included!! So lovely and thoughtful."
