The transition from our previous provider to Connected Australia was so very easy. Erica was pleasant and could answer all our questions. No technician required as the transfer was all done externally.

This is a Fresh review after now 15 months with CA. We received an unfortunate happening when service deleted without any confirmation. I was beside myself and let CA know. They made a mistake , owned up, and thanks to professionalism of 2 staff (Ranizza and a gentleman previous) we have reinstated the service at a satisfactory rate.Quite Good products but excellent customer service.Ranizza from Sales made the transition to Connected a pleasure. Highly recommended

Had to find a new service provider as Aveo Connect is no longer providing this service. I am so glad that I chose Connected Australia. Their service was excellent and I was kept in the picture with the progress while the change was happening. Very smooth process. Thanks a lot.

I was notified by Aveo Connect that they were shutting down their NBN service and I had to contact to another NBN provider.After a great deal of searching it looked like Connected Australia had just what I wanted. I am happy to say I made the correct decision.The hook up was swift and supplied everything I wanted, same land line telephone number, etc. I am happy to recommend this company.
