I think everyones feedback is enough criticism. If it isn't then give your car to John only if you want a half arsed job done. The guy is just pocketing money for his retirement. Don't fall for their excuse saying - Steve the previous guy done the damage. Trust me.

Stay away from AUTOLINE PANELWORKS in Oakleigh. They are crooks.To make my story short, I had my car fixed by them, they provided me with a loan car. I got pulled over by the police while driving to work and was told that the car was UNREGISTERED. I now have to pay $961.30 in fines.Yes I have spoken with them and they promised many times that they will sort it out (This was 2 years ago). They tried giving me a replacement car, I checked on line straight away, it was an UNREGISTERED vehicle as well, so I refused to take the second car. They have lied to me left, right and centre. I have escalated this case with Fines Victoria but they came to a conclusion that the driver is also responsible for the assurance that the vehicle was registered. I only trusted this company because a friend works there and refered me to this shop.Lesson learned, never, ever trust ANYONE! Especially AUTOLINE PANELWORKS in Oakleigh!Stay away from these crooks!

Thieves who prey on the vulnerable. Do not leave your vehicle in their possession.

Not good. Paid for rent car and had to call so many times to pay back. Not recommend.

Extremely bad service , they never answer call , Always finding a way how to do fraud with customers. Once your car is in autoline then forget your car for 2 or three months .Never go there same your time and money

Car was in for over a month. Did not fix with genuine parts. Hit the back of my car. Drained petrol tank twice and removed cap....gave me a honda one back when i drive a holden. Avoid at all costs. Not worth your safety going here.

Please do not visit this place. Dodgy people. Play games with everyone

Bunch of liars try to con their customers!!!! Stay away from this repairer at all cost. They also hold the accident cars off to charge you with all of ridiculous charges to release your car. Wish there is a negative star i could give this repairer - updated after your reply - please stop your nonsense as the towing company is owned by your son, Peter Pavlis who happen to give you false 5 star review below. Dont bother to delete that now because I havd screenshot this anyway!! You may be two different entities, but it is a family owned business.
