Over my 30 plus years of experience around all of Australia, this bike shop would have to be the best by far in every way, and in all disciplines.All of the guys are a credit to the Bike industry. Keep up the fantastic work.

I needed 2 tyres changed on my scooter. Called ahead to ask if they could do it and was told yes bring it in. Drove 30 minutes to get there, took the scooter and new tyres in. Was told it would be done by close of business. I drove home and got a call as I was pulling into the driveway and was told I had to pick it up because they couldn't do it. Went back the next day and asked what the problem was and manager said I didn't want to charge you $120 to change the tyres. I said if thats what it costs, that's fine to which he replied it won't be done for awhile, again I said thats fine, then he finally said the truth which was he didn't want to do it.Hes lucky he went into bicycle repair as that sort of attitude isn't a good business model, jobs too hard =make excuses then refuse the job

Had to bring in 2 bicycles over a few months for some repair. Very friendly service, but also being proactive in terms of recommendations. Kept boxes of all the parts they replaced to prove that they were new. Professional and courteous.

Most bike stores in the area that have survived in the area can only try to emulate most aspects of service provided to me. The team @ S&J Cycles know how to use a set of tools on a bike and they have stuck by me thick and thin to help me out countless times.

Really stoked with the service here.Needed some work done to my bike when their workshop was backed up. They took it and told me because it was a small job they'd try and squeeze me in. Wasn't expecting to get it back for a week or so but got it back a day later.Friendly bunch of guys and knowledgeable about bikes. If I was shopping for a bike for the first time I'd definitely start here.

Would happily take my bike here, friendly staff that know what they're doing is hard to come by these days highly reccomend.

This store and it's friendly staff helped me out of a jam with a pram tyre puncture today. The gentleman who served me was so lovely I will definitely be buying all my children's bikes from here in the future. 5 star experience.

S&J Cycles are an awesome local bike shop that provide expert advice, expert workmanship and good quality aftermarket products for your pride and joy.Every question I have ever asked Shane or Dean has been answered professionally and politely despite some of my somewhat silly questions.
