Immaculately dry cleaned my daughter’s Gucci velvet dress. Very reliable and friendly service!!

Not recommended. The dress was only worn for a few times, which I'm pretty sure it's dirty within a normal range. It just had 2 soy sauce stains on the front. They cleaned them, but they didn't clean the under arm. So I called to say the under arm was not cleaned. They said 'you remember how dirty the dress was'. Don't you think it is very very rude to say that as a dry cleaner? Firstly, you could've refused to clean it, if you didn't think you could do the job. But you take my money and then tell me you can't deliver it. Does it make any sense? Secondly, if the dress is not dirty at all, why do I need you? It makes me feel so uncomfortable and I would never ever use them again.

Been using Martini for about 6yrs now for my business shirts & suits.Great service. Friendly & importantly very reliable. Never had a problem.They also do free local delivery, which is a nice touch.

The label in my delicate dress stated 'Only use a dry cleaner you trust' and I knew exactly where to go! I have had various items dry-cleaned here over the years and have never had any issues. I was over the moon when I went to pick up my dress and he had managed to get out a big beer/wine stain which I thought was irrepairable! Thank you :)

Total SCAM! Worst place in sydney, 30 dollar for 5 t-shirts, not even white or folded proper. My five year old dog does this better than the people here

Ruined my shirts and refused to take any responsibility. They broke several of the buttons on my shirts and even replaced some of them with completely different ones (which looked nothing like the original) and yet denied that they had been the one to break them!

Friendly and helpful drycleaners. One of the cheapest for wedding dresses in the CBD.My husband have been taking our clothes there for the past year or so and have not had any issues so far.

I stained my jacket horrendously and took it straight to these dry cleaners. They were able to successfully get out the stains - miracle and dry cleaned the jacket at a super affordable price. Lovely service too.

I gave a few tries to this convenient located dry cleaner, but I've had enough. Even though there's nothing to complain about the work they do, I believe that paying almost $25 for a simple suit dry cleaning is really expensive, when others in Sydney charge $12.Besides, the very first time I came was for an alteration on a suit I had just bought and never worn, but they felt free to dry clean it, and therefore, billing me for it. Also (and that was my very last try with them), even though it's quite pricey, I found out that even if I was giving them 2 suits to dry clean, they were stamping the rewards card only once. When I told the guy that I'd better give my 2 suits in 2 times, he just replied yeah
