The plumber came to our house was Tom, who’s apparently a true professional. We had sewer blockage impacted multiple rooms. With the “puzzled” information I provided it didn’t take him long to get to the point, cleared the blockage out totally, and helped to put everything back to the very neat way, inside and outside. I didn’t need to do any cleaning at all after the plumbing work. Never experienced a plumbing job being so efficient and clean ever!Tom was humble, friendly and very kind to think for our benefit. As we live in a rental, and the blockage was caused by a bent pipe underground, so it’s likely to happen again, but the owner might not want to fix it. Tom could have left after the job done, but he spent extra time to investigate and helped to figure out what practical maintenance would help. He reminded me of a close friend who would think of extra steps for you. Thanks to Mussett & Rickard Plumbing. I will put my hands down to recommend them to anyone who needs a hand.

Absolutely on time told me when arriving and did the job as first priority when it probably wasn’t that urgent. But they still treated it as our first priority.

Excellence service would definitely use them again. They were on time, experienced trustworthy team. Had multiple plumbers come out to fix leak in bathroom which was causing water damage but leak was still occurring. The team come out fixed the issue & water damage & haven't had a leak in bathroom since amazing job!. Highly recommend using them.

Even though our issue was not an emergency, they came within hours of me making contact. This is my second time using M&R, and both times they were very pleasant to deal with, the issue was addressed quickly, and the price was reasonable.
