Have had our mower for over 2 months for a simple repair that they said would take a week. No calls or contact whatsoever to explain why they still have our mower. Tried to pick up today and take it elsewhere and hey are closed until the 8th of January. Terrible customer service would not recommend

Very rude took my post hole digger to repair never fixed the problem . Was told it would be 1 week 6 weeks later finally got it back . Hopeless

Do not use these people!! Worst service ever! We paid for a full service on our mower. When we got it back the revs were going in and out and after 3 uses it started back firing so we took the mower back and the woman there was incredibly rude to us! She said we should have brought it back straight away then they kept it for a month to ‘repair’ it! And it’s still not working properly!! Incredibly rude owners and very unhelpful...not to mention expensive!! Do yourself a favour and stay well away from this business.

Poor service. Didn't have part I required and blamed me for purchasing a cheap brand product from somewhere else. Told me I wouldn't find the part because of this and offered me a part that wouldn't suit! Went to another business, they had the correct part, knew that it was from a branded product and were professional about the experience.

Worst service I've ever had, I mow for a living, they sold me a machine just not up to the job, charged me to repair a broken part while under warranty and now seem unable or unwilling to get some spare parts I need. No interest in after sales service at all.Update - I've mellowed a bit, they finally got some of the spare parts I ordered, though they didn't ring me to let me know but they were there when I called in. This time I was greeted pleasantly and got good service.
