Other than a large and varied selection of jewellery, I must say the staff and their helpful attitude is what makes me return time and time again. (AND give the husband hints that a voucher from Gem Array is a very convenient birthday or Christmas pressie.) Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, both face to face or over the phone. I must say I find it a pleasure to visit this store. Thank you.

Can't fault, saved my Grandmothers ring which got trodden on. Cleaned jewellery always looks brand new! Very friendly staff

Was very dissaponted in the judgemental service I received. It is such a shame that in an industry such as yours and in today's day and age your staff were so quick to show judgement and therefore a complete lack of interest in the client. My money is just as good as anyone else's. So as a result of your terrible customer service I took my business elsewhere and will not be recommending your business to anyone.

Went in for watch battery replacement and service was excellent. Battery was replaced and watch was cleaned at no extra cost. Professional and friendly service. Happy to recommend.
