The Hair Ground

***DO NOT GO HERE ! THEY RUINED MY HAIR *** I’m not one to usually complain but I went here to get my hair coloured and they ruined my hair. It looks like I did it myself and the colour is not even and very orange and yellow ! When I called to advise I was not happy with it the owner was very rude , and tried to blame it on me saying she watched footage of me walking in with damaged hair. Not for a second did I complain about the condition of my hair , I was complaining of the very bad job they did on my hair. I was made to feel like it was my fault and would not recommend them to anyone. I wonder why their staff complain about their boss to their customers. I experienced it myself !

Fantastic place . Friendly and helpful happy staff . I love the quality of work done by all the staffI have followed my hairdresser FELICITY from the Old Padstow shop . This family business is happy , helpful and all are highly skilled .I would recommend all of them to anyone happily .

The hairground has been my regular salon for years, Tiffany and Liz have always done wonders with my hair and I always leave feeling fresh.I got married recently any Felicity did the hair styling for myself, mum and Bridesmaid's. She did a beautiful (and very efficient) job doing our hair and was more than happy to make any last min adjustments and work with my mums curly hair type so we all felt beautiful on the day.Thanks again!

I recently visited The Hair Ground to have my girlfriend's hair and makeup done for her 21st birthday party, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the staff and made to feel right at home. The salon itself is beautifully decorated and has a very relaxing atmosphere.Our stylist was incredibly skilled and really took the time to understand what my girlfriend wanted for her hair and makeup. She was patient and attentive, and made sure that my girlfriend was completely happy with the final result. The makeup was flawless and the hair was stunning - my girlfriend received so many compliments throughout the night.Overall, I would highly recommend The Hair Ground to anyone looking for a professional and friendly salon experience. The staff are wonderful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the results are simply amazing.

LOVE this place! I couldn't catch my hairdresser's name but she was SO good to me from start to finish! Very skilled. My haircut and color looks amazing!! ❤️ Reasonably priced too. Thanks guys. Don't think I'll be going anywhere else :)
