This store lacked sufficient customer service as one of the ladies was quite rude and annoying while i was choosing a school bag. She then went and explained how some of her products aren't as reliable as other products. Very poor experience, have heard similar complaints from other buyers.

Bad advice on baggage allowance on airlines, then, wouldnt return the product, customer complaints team didn't follow through, bad experience. Called and was told someone would call back to discuss. Would NOT recommend.
