My experience with Matt was excellent - I’ve never been so happy with my haircut. He made my hair look exactly like the photo I showed him and was pleasant in doing so. The staff here are very friendly, skilled and professional.

Sorry to say I had a disappointing experience. I have very short, fine hair (that is there's not much of it). I had colour (foils) and a cut. I was staggered when the cost was $320! All of my friends and others I've spoken to can't believe it! When I queried, I had a phone call to say if I was prepared to have a junior do the colour next time, it would be $40 less. I said there will definitely not be a next time.

First time at Access Hair today and my daughter and I had our hair cut by Odex. She was lovely and did an excellent job; all the other staff were great too and there was a relaxed and friendly vibe. Highly recommend!

I had the most fabulous experience with Odex yesterday. After almost 15 years of visiting salons, she was hands down the sweetest and most caring stylist I’ve seen. I left feeling so happy and valued as more than just a customer. Can’t wait to come back.

Love the staff here! Kind caring and amazing at giving you what you want and what will look great.Be careful though, this quality comes with a price tag and you may end up with a senior stylists without knowing until you pay.I thought it was worth the money I paid bit would have liked to know the person I booked with was both amazingly experienced and qualified and that I would be paying a premium for that.
