We recently engaged Ardent Lawyers to do a Power & Enduring Power of Attorney for my elderly mother. To my surprise we were able to do it from our home where my mother is staying. Kim explained the process in a clear, thorough and thoughtful manner making my mum feel she was fully informed and comfortable with what she was doing. Randomly choose Arden Lawyers for a house purchase. Didn’t go through a real estate agent so a bit more complicated.
