We did a fair amount of research before we changed providers and ended up going with Local Com, because they were the only Company that did what they said in the time they said. For us the the research we did was also a test in who we trusted for customer service, because they're all great till you need them to do something or activate something in hurry. We could not be happier with our choice for service and price and highly recommend them.

I've called 11 times about my account and put on hold for more than 30 minutes on several occasions. They have 0 support staff. I have sent 5 emails with no response. Their service is so terrible I have cancelled my account, but now they're still charging my direct debit. I will be looking to contact the financial ombudsman if they don't get back to me in the next few days. Avoid this service at all costs.

We have been using Localcom to provide hosted PBX and NBN services to our customers for 4 years and have used for our own office as well. It has been a pleasure to work with a technical team of this caliber and a platform that shows real time information about voice and NBN services.

If you’re running a business I’d suggest you don’t engage this company for your phone system, NBN or fax! If I could give this company a zero ⭐️ rating, I would! Worst set up by Localcom and Craig Hollland! Endless issues with phone system and fax, daily rebooting of entire system, daily fax fails, NBN disconnections and to top it off, IT support is useless and take hours to reply to URGENT tickets! Changing companies was the best thing we’ve ever done!

I use Localcom for my NBN service, staff are friendly and great to deal with and my internet was up and running after just 2 days. Definitely recommend them over the big service providers.
