Pizza Hut Carina

Tonight myself and my partner called to pick up an order. We called and a young male answered. With very poor customer service with a swear word in the conversation. Butcher block and jel bits ordered. Collected pizza brought it home and ofcourse it was the wrong pizza. Called back, took 5 mins to explain the situation. plus got yet another swear word in my conversation. Got them to make another. Drove again back in with old pizza. I made it very clear that I wasn't happy with the customer service I received. Wasn't even offered a refund or anything for this issue.

The worst customer service I’ve ever seenPizzas were delivered upside down boxes were crushed. The delivery driver was brand-new which okay I’ll give him a fair go but I watched him on the app drive to 3 other places to deliver pizzas sober time I got my pizzas they were cold. I then spoke to the store about this I didn’t wanna know anything about it I showed in the proof of the crushed boxes and pizza being upside down. They then said the pizzas they didn’t have photos of the pizzas well if the pizzas are upside down how do you take a photo of When they smashed through the box. I then spoke to the store again. They didn’t wanna know anything about it the worst customer service. I’ve ever seen when I spent so much money with these people the last time they should be shut downPizza Hut has really lost their game in the industry. How do you restore someone’s faith? I wish I could post pictures on here

The worst customer service! waited 2 hours for our delivery. sat on hold for 30 minutes waiting for someone to tell me where our pizzas were. pizzas finally arrived and were cold and soggy

I never write negative reviews as I know the challenges you can come across while running a business. But please review the image and explain how do you rate this pizza edible?We have always preferred Pizza Hut over Dominos and other take away pizza outlets. Pizza Hut Mt Gravatt has been our go to store and we have never been let down. This was the first time we ordered from Pizza Hut Carina and were extremely disappointed.If I were to analyse, your store in Mt Gravatt is operated by mature individuals and probably owned by a franchise. It’s simple, they work hard and strive to provide excellent customer service and great pizzas as they operate it as a business that they care about. I strongly suspect the one is Carina is not owned by a franchise and probably by the head office. There were 2 teenagers working on a Tuesday night. There didn’t appear to be the send of responsibility that I have seen at your Mt Gravatt store. The pizzas were partially baked as some veggies were raw. There was over addition of certain ingredients while the others were sort of left out. The problem was not with the teenagers working there, they were probably trying to do their best. I would blame the management at the Carina store. You should definitely have a qualified shift leader/supervisor.

Great pizza and buffalo wings. Sort of happy with the food but there needs to be more sauce on the wings. The pizza was extremely cheesy and cheese was slobbered on there. For the time taken it wasn't the best. The pizza was delivered half an hour late! Delivery guy was good though.

I ordered a Loaded Supreme Pizza and a Cheesy Garlic Bread this Friday night. Naturally they were super busy but the gentleman who served me, who I assume is the owner or manager was so friendly and upbeat when he took my money for the order, he apologised for being a little behind with the order which was totally understandable being a Friday night and they were busy when I got my order a few minutes later he gave me a free drink even though I was more than happy to wait. What a great guy and what fantastic kind service! I will absolutely be returning as the pizza and bread was especially good and I really appreciated being treated so well by such terrific staff.

They actually still make semi decent pizza. Swapped from domino's a couple of years ago since their quality kept going down. The pizza hut stuff is much better. These guys actually get my orders correct

I weekly order from Pizzahut Carina because I liked the quality specially the bread taste until the last two weeks . The meat lovers was bad with the least meat on top. the Hawaiian was not good either ,barely any meat on top.I felt like I had bread! I am wondering what happened to our favorite pizza ?!
