I have done 5 sessions so far at SpeedFit Bull Creek and I was instantly in love with SpeedFit after the first trail. I am not a person who is keen on gyms and SpeedFit is a great exercise alternative for me. I love how quick and efficient the work outs are and most of all, I have seen improvement in my body strength and toned. All the trainers at SpeedFit Bull Creek are fantastic and motivating. Highly recommended and will continue to do SpeedFit to keep myself healthy and fit.

Renee is AMAZING! She always gives me a great workout with the areas I want to target, swaps around my sessions super fast when my work timetable moves around and is professional, reliable and fun to catch up with! Matt and the team have created a really warm and welcoming environment for people of all fitness levels to come in and work out. The workout itself is super quick but effective, I’m really enjoying this new way of exercising. Thanks Matt and team for all your support!

Love my weekly sessions at Bullcreek Speedfit! I look forward to being put through my paces by Renae who never lets me slack off. Even someone who is averse to exercise can get on board with 20 minutes a week and I can't believe the muscle toning I've achieved in a short time. Highly recommend this particular studio and Speedfit in general.

After years of on-going back, shoulder and hip issues. Only worsen by gym and most exercises. SpeedFit was the only form of exercise I could do which left me feeling fitter and stronger without the constant pain/issues. After strengthening my foundation I’ve been able to return to the gym without issues. Now I look forward to my weekly session. Highly recommend particular when time poor.

Just finished my first month and I love it! The team are friendly and push me as far as I want to go. I am starting to see muscle definition again and feel stronger. I love that tired feeling of having worked muscles without spending hours at the gym. Perfect for my busy lifestyle.

I am seeing a difference in my muscle tone already. I like the convenience to be able to get in, work hard and leave, all in 1/2 hour. It has motivated me to make other changes in my life to improve my health.
