Lots of work, always have something for you to do.More than happy to put you on machines, tools and other tasks if you have the confidence to put your hand up.Glen is quite flexible and management team cares for you (When they can) if you find the right ones, first company I found where they were looking out for my best interest as well as the companies, and trying to find the inbetween.Were some issues with some particular workers/supervisors, a fair bit of immaturity and sometimes unnecessary use of power in position, which can leave a sour taste in your mouth.As much as this is not a direct reflection on Glen himself nor the management team that attempted to keep everything on its feet, sadly it had it's place, no place is perfect however.A good place to grow and plant your roots, or just find temporary work that keeps you going till the next.Definitely have a chat with Glen to a better picture of what you're in for, an honest man who loves what he does.
