Don't come here for a phone screen or service. I bought a protective screen after asking for a strong one, the staff placed the screen. Not even one month later the whole screen had lifted, even my cheap one prior lasted over a year! When I went back to the store for help I was told I should've purchased the extra warranty or whatever for the screen to be replaced for free - to which I responded I was never offered such a thing and the staff member just said oh well I can't help you then and wanted to me to buy another screen. Definitely going elsewhere, waste of time and money!

This is a ridiculously long overdue review, so sorry Happytel staff!! Semi-recently my iPad Pro 10.5in which I’ve had for 5 years finally had enough of its lifetime worth of damage. The charger port was severely damaged to the point where it was unable to be charged no matter what. The actual screen was also cracked and there was a deep crack indent at the side. Went to Happytel who’s staff was so beautifully kind and empathetic (I was very emotional as I had a load of unbacked-up memories on the iPad). They listened to all I had to say and were very patient. They talked me through every single option I had in great detail so that I was fully informed, and answered every question I had thoroughly so that there was nothing I was unsure about. The most likely scenario was that the iPad would go into repairs and have a full screen replacement to fix the charger port as the indent was so bad, that the most likely case would be the screen shatters and falls off. Happytel sent my iPad to a repair service which were obviously extremely experienced in the sector, and my iPad came back with the replaced charger port, and the screen didn’t need to be replaced as it didn’t fall apart! They were clearly careful and precise in the repair. I couldn’t possibly thank the Happytel staff and the repair staff enough for working with me through this, and got my iPad working like a charm. The Happytel staff were so lovely and happy for me when they gave me back my iPad. Please do consider taking your device to Happytel, you won’t regret it!Kind regards,Jess

Was told to keep my receipt as my screen protector would be covered under a 2 year warranty - 2 days later is cracked on the edge from basically nothing at all but general use, I return for them to say they won’t honour their warranty…2 day product!!! customer service was disgusting and she even DROPPED MY BRAND NEW ELECTRONIC ON THE GROUND, causing stratches and wouldn’t replace the item I paid $80 for…better service elsewhere, don’t wasted your time.

Had a fuzzy speaker and was told at another place I needed to replace the loudspeaker for $140. The kind lady at Happytel offered to clean my speaker and if that didn’t work we could discuss other options later. I thought the cleaning service would be around $30 so I was pleasantly surprised that the service was free this time - I am sure to come again if any other problems arise, thanks again!!

I accidentally dropped my phone in the walkway near Hapoytel - a piece had fallen off the camera lens so I took it to the kiosk and they fixed it immediately, completely free of charge! I’ll definitely take my phone there for repairs, screens, etc.

Maps on my Samsung Galaxy S20 seems to hate me. Always sending me around in what seems circles and through the toll roads. So it was no surprise when it refused to talk to me. So the young man at Happytel looked at it n/c and now, I can again listen to its inane directions lol.

Fantastic service, installed my phone screen protector to perfection. Will definitely go back!
