One of the best salon experiences I've ever had. Sangp is a perfectionist and took her time to deliver an amazing hairstyle. Everything from the shampoo to the blowdry was meticulous. Would definitely recommend!

Julie was fabulous. Firstly, she didn't quibble about lifting my extensions despite them being put in by a different hairdresser in Adelaide. Secondly, she didn't try pushy sales of hair products, thirdly and importantly, she did a stunning job on my hair, the color is the best I have ever had, she did an excellent job with my extensions and made sure to avoid areas where my scalp is sensitive and also showed me how to put my hair up without the them showing and she did a great trim. Lastly, she gave me a bandaid for my cut toe and 2 cups of very welcome tea! Also, her price was more than reasonable, especially as w decided to colour after had shampooed, so we had to start again. . I'm only passing through so can't be a regular, but I cannot thank or praise Julie enough for the excellent work she did. Many thanks Julie.

Julie, Sangp and Sasha were fantastic - would definitely recommend Fuse Hair & Beauty. As a visitor to Darwin, I was feeling quite stressed as I really needed a cut and if possible, some colour, without it costing me the earth. Julie and her team were awesome, so calm, reassuring and more importantly, they delivered exactly what I was hoping for. The service was terrific, the styling was perfect (thank you Sangp) and the colour was spot on (thank you Julie). Left feeling very relaxed and appreciative of the friendly atmosphere and first class professionalism in your operations!

My husband and I have both enjoyed haircuts by Sang at Fusion. He says it is the best cut he’s ever had and at 83 that’s a lot of cuts. I have very coarse, wavy hair and I was very happy with the result. In fact we’re both so pleased that we’re going back for a second cut tomorrow before heading back to Sydney.

Came to Fuse for my very first hair colour and was not disappointed! The staff are lovely and accomodating and the salon is very clean. My stylist Julie answered every one of my questions definitively and with confidence. She is also a perfectionist and doesn’t skimp with product! The services are also not unreasonably expensive like many other places. These hairdressers actually know and care about hair. Will definitely be back for another colour :)

I've been contemplating writing this for 2 months, however, I think it's worth advising future patrons of the experience I had. I was looking for hair extension removal (weft & some beads) and they were more than accommodating on the phone and said to come on in. I entered the salon and then they started removing the weft (two women, I think one was the owner and you'll see that the other was definitely a trainee) and the trainee has scissors in her hand (?) to remove the hair extensions and she CUT the extension out from my hair root rather than using the pliers to loosen the beads. I then said that you've just cut my hair and they didn't say anything. I asked to look at the hair that they cut out (image attached) and I was bewildered - I did not come in for a cut, I came in to get extensions removed and this person had no idea what they were doing and the person that cut my hair never apologised.The other lady (the owner I believe) eventually did apologise and she was seemlingly very embarassed. It was totally avoidable and she didn't charge me. Overall, I would not go here again and would warn others in regards to hair extensions. I have not tried other services, however, this has left a sour taste in my mouth.
