親切な対応で綺麗な病院でした。上の親知らずが下の歯茎を傷つけていたので治療して頂きました。保険なしでレントゲン、親知らず削りで$210でした。抜糸の場合、見積もりを取っていただき切開が必要な歯は$390、顎の骨を削る必要がある歯は$590でした。状態によるということで、治療費は個人ごとに違うそうです。先生、衛生師の方、丁寧に説明して下さいました。

I can't recommend Shibata dental practice highly enough, visited recently as a new patient requiring treatment. I found the reception staff to be most welcoming, approachable, and professional. I have a nerve condition & they researched and went above and beyond to find out what was suitable for me. Yoshi & the dental nurse’s work well together, you feel instantly at ease with them. Yoshi is a very caring dentist who exceled in reassuring me and provided an excellent service pain free, he explained what he was doing every step of the way. I've been seeing Yosh for the past 12 years. He and his staff are so good, I still see them for my dental work, even though I moved to Perth four years ago.They have always given me an honest assessment of what needed to be done, without ever pushing me into anything that was not absolutely required.I can't recommend Yosh and his crew highly enough.

Dr Shibata and his team provide the highest quality service I have experienced in any medical practice. From making the appointment to leaving with shiny clean teeth, the staff members work their magic in their roles to make sure every step of the process is well organised, professional and pleasant. I feel that I am handled with care and they go above and beyond to cater to the client’s needs. I have been going there for years and had my wisdom teeth extraction there— I couldn’t believe how quickly I recovered compared to friends who had it done elsewhere! I would highly recommend Shibata Dental.

息子が空手の稽古で前歯が折れてしまったのですが、オーストラリアの歯科医院を全く知らず不安だったのでお友達に紹介してもらいました。お友達みんなが口を揃えて言ったことが「受付の方がとても親切！」「先生の技術が素晴らしい！」でした。実際、息子の治療をして頂いた時、私達も同じ気持ちになりました。息子の前歯もきれいに再生してくださいました！先生はとても親切で素人の私達にもわかりやすく説明してくださいました。もっともっと書きたいことはありますが割愛させて頂きます(笑) もし、私のお友達が歯科医院を探していたら私も絶対Shibata Dentalを紹介したいと思います！
