Great service. Dry cleaned my suit on short notice. Highly recommended

First time user took my Armani wedding suit and my wife's wedding dress to be cleaned. The sales person Olivia recommended a Deluxe clean on my suit. When I picked up the wedding dress and suit they were restored and cleaned as good as new. My wife and I were happy to receive such treasured items back so perfectly cleaned and presented . Thank you for preserving our memories . Been back since and always happy.

Would not use. Botched an alteration then denied fault. Have agreed to a refund but now dodging making the payment. Poor communication and really poor treatment from staff when in store.Tony (owner) would not respond to emails or come to the phone when asked. Preferred that his employees deal with it but with no authority to actually deal with it.Still awaiting refund.Plenty of other dry cleaners around - wouldn’t bother wasting time and money with this one.

Do NOT take your wedding dress for dry cleaning here. I’ve never been more disappointed and regretful of getting dry cleaning done ever.1. They had a delay cleaning the dresses (and didn’t tell me about it) which meant that the stains remained uncleaned for a number of days/weeks. I know because I called them asking about it and they said it hadn’t been done yet due to personal issues at their factory. They should’ve been upfront about it - it’s an extremely expensive dress.2. I took it back again saying that I was disappointed and they said I should’ve changed dresses if I didn’t want my dress to have marks on it. This is ridiculous. I personally know a number of other brides with silk dresses who have had their dresses cleaned to pristine levels (despite all the wet weather too).3. Before writing this review, I went and got a second opinion at Blue and White in Neutral Bay who gave me a full diagnosis of the fabric and what should’ve been done to clean and preserve the dress. They got their owner who took the time to speak to me about the colour, fabric, hemming etc. I know a number of brides who went to B&W in Neutral Bay and only had amazing things to say. They also got their dresses back after one week. They clean the dresses upstairs and have been doing it for decades.I have never written a negative review like this but it’s a word of warning to all those brides out there.Do not get your dress dry cleaned here, I paid a LOT of good money, they didn’t do the job and had the nerve to say I should’ve changed into another dress instead of take ownership.

I have used Quality Dry Cleaners at Five Dock for many years now and have had everything cleaned and dry cleaned from my everyday clothing to my doona's and winter blankets. I have always found the staff to be helpful and friendly and the work to be outstanding !! I have never reviewed before but felt that after my last visit I needed to share the exceptional service and amazing job they did for two very special outfits that i was very nervous to have cleaned. After speaking to the actual owner of the company, who i have to say was very professional and explained the care and process that is taken, i felt completely informed and my expectations were exceeded when my dresses were returned in perfect condition. I have to say you guys are the BEST dry cleaners i have ever been to, and will continue to visit your store as well as pass on recommendations to friends and family. YOU guys are the best in the business, keep up the amazing professionalism, workmanship and care of our clothing. It is very much appreciated

Had my clothes dry cleaned and was returned with shrunk clothes. Employee in store apologised and offered to refund for the damaged goods. After many phone calls and emails over the months, they are now refusing to make the payment and stating that it’s the clothes at fault.Appalling communication from the head office, who over promises and under delivers. They say they will get back to you but never do.Tony the owner, would not come to the phone to discuss the situation when he’s the one who’s supposedly handling the situation.Still awaiting refund that they promised, which they acknowledged as their fault from day 1.Words cannot describe how frustrating it is to deal with these guys.

I use Quality Dry Cleaners at Five Dock for my business shirts and suits. The staff are helpful and friendly led by Tony who I consider a friend. I am always happy with the professionalism and quality of work completed and most importantly they listen to what I want. I recommend Quality Dry Cleaners to anyone.

Reading the reviews, dry cleaners must only get reviewed when there's an issue. But here's a positive one for these guys instead! I've been taking my shirts and jackets here for a long time now, always great quality cleaning, nice friendly service.

Do not go here! Overpriced, very unprofessional, likes to argue and the lady in the shop is a racist. Different pricing for people of her own race and different price for others. She drycleaned my dress horribly. There were still stains and smells after I spent almost $50! Go to the drycleaners at Burwood Westfield instead.

Asked for a hem to be repaired on a pants leg and they somehow decided to shorten both hems and then denied doing it. They fixed it but service is so poor I won't be going back there. Don't recommend, customer service is not very good either.
