What an amazing company with fantastic staff. Lisa got me out of a pickle and saved the day. Delivery driver Shannon was polite and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend Supagas any day of the week.

As a Company we have dealt with Supagas for sometime.Yes there is the occasional hick up but their Customer Service very quickly fixes the issue and communicates well.Thank you for the great service Supagas Launceston.

Excellent customer service from Supagas. We were using small gas bottles so when we phoned and spoke to their customer Service Rep, she helped us through get a gas fitter to come out to our property (50kms north of Launceston) and organised our account and organised the first large bottle gas delivery. From end to end a really quick professional and friendly service (including the gas fitter one week!) - excellent in every way. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have always had great service from the wonderful people at Supagas Launceston . their service to my small business is above and beyond all expectations . A simple phone call and my orders arrive at my door step without delay their delivery guys are superb and nothing is to much hassle for them to help . Tania and Lisa have been my go to people at the Launceston branch and have always gone to great lengths to make sure that I have my gas and consumables are ordered and dispatched with the greatest urgency . these ladies have always made my experience with Supagas feel like I am their only customer . Some guy named Andrew from your company delivered me some much needed propane with accessories.Good bloke, he was.Nice beard, he had.Though I did imagine him to be a bit more scrawny than what he actually was.10/10 - Would buy gas from you again <3

Tanya 110% efficient and professional and a true ambassador for Supagas especially as I am a New Customer. Awesome Customer Service as he phoned me to advise new bottles delivered and old Origin ones taken away and that for safety reasons Gas Bottles turned off and just to turn on when I got home. On 21st June I ordered a refill bottle. I paid at the time and said I needed it within a few days as I felt the bottle was pretty low. On 26th June in the morning we run out of gas totally I was not aware it hadn't been delivered as we come and go from the house. On the 28th June I called was not given an apology nothing just told I'll speak to our manager" and rushed off the phone.Shocking service shocking retention from a company that's local.I received a bottle pm Monday 28th."

I recently required a domestic cylinder of gas ,and, rang suppliers to ask their costs and conditions. On reaching Supagas in Launceston I spoke to their very helpful receptionist, Katrina, who very clearly gave me all the appropriate information.On applying on line I had difficulties so I rang Katrina for help which she gave. Still having problems with my forms , I did as well as possible.Supagas overlooked any little glitches and delivered the gas promptly.Also the deliverer was extremely pleasant. He removed our empty cylinder and returned it to our previous supplier .I am very happy with all the contacts with Supagas.
