Eureka Furniture Orange
Christine is a very helpful lady, even when running a busy shop on her own. Once my order arrived, Tom and Steve, who work in the warehouse, couldn't have been more helpful. It's the first time I have shopped at Eureka, and the customer service from everyone has ensured that next time I need a piece of furniture, Eureka will be my first port of call. Good customer service is getting harder and harder to find.

Was greeted by friendly staff upon arriving although initially only window shopping. Finished up buying a piece of beautiful furniture. I was given all the relevant information on care of the chaise lounge; delivery and price. Love the bespoke furniture and the store in general

With the showroom beautifully showcased, the staff gave me plenty of space to view the fabulous array of floor stock. I love this shop and everyone at the Bathurst and Orange NSW stores are so friendly and helpfulIt’s hard going into this shop without buying something. Not only because of all the beautiful items they sell but the sales, promotions and % off full price furnishings. I went in to the Bathurst store on the weekend looking for two chairs and I found them but I also ordered a new lounge and ottoman because it was 40 % off. Always excellent customer service and so helpful in regards to getting the furniture to you. Thank you Eureka

The first few times these guys were absolutely amazing! I have the perfect reading chair for my library and we have an amazing dining table set. The last time we went to have a look we were constantly judged and basically assumed we didn’t have money.Whoever that lady was she was so rude. Most of the staff are fantastic except this one
